It is very important to stay healthy, and there are many ways to do that! You should exercise everyday for at least 10 minutes! Stay AWAY from junk food! It will not do anything good for you. Instead, you can eat fruits and vegetables. There are so many different fruits and vegetables that there has got to be at least one you like! If you decide to eat junk food, eat it in moderation. It is not good to overload your body with too much sugar! If you are currently not doing one of these things, try it! I guarantee you'll feel better!
