Who Wants to be a Millionaire?

In Norway, Everyone Is A (Paper) Millionaire - Kids News Article
I recently read an article about Norway and how everyone became millionaires. They became millionaires when in 1969 Norway struck oil and all the money they stuck in a fund called Government Pension Fund - Global. This fund set the money aside for all their future residents and on January 9th everyone in Norway became millionaires. Norway invested in about 1% of the world's stocks, bonds and real estate from London all the way over to Boston. The author calls these people 'paper' millionaires. He does this because they have $828.66 billion on just paper alone. Well why don't we get a fund like that? Our country doesn't have a fund like this because our national debt has soared to 17 trillion dollars! We don't have any money to invest.

Mini Windmills

I just read an article about these super cute little windmills. They are so small that ten of them can fit on a single grain of rice and their widest point is 1.8 mm. The creator of them has not yet said how powerful they are but he thinks that a few thousand of these things can power the lighting system in a single family home. The creator also says that the windmills could charge your phone. Although it might not even last an hour long chat but it could save a persons life if they are in need of help. They are still deciding whether they should bring these to the market or not. Just think one day our phones might get charged by these super cute little windmills.
